Sundial is a large and popular condo complex/resort (407 units total) situated on the beach at Middle Gulf Drive. There are 2 ways to rent a condo at Sundial- either through the Sundial Resort or through a private owner/rental agency. Note that the resort does not own any of the condos, each one is privately owned and decorated. The benefits of renting direct from an owner is that you will typically receive a significantly reduced rate over what the resort charges, and you will be able to view photos of the unit furnishings and decor. However, Sundial management greatly limits the amenities that are available to those guests that do not rent through the resort. If you rent through a private owner, you can buy a resort pass to access the resort amenities. Please discuss amenities with the private owner/agency before you book your vacation in order to understand what amenities are available to you as a private owner guest, and what the charges are for the resort pass which will allow you access to the resort amenities. Without the resort pass, the amenities available to guests of private owners include: WIFI, 4 heated pools, shuffleboard, in-room washer/dryer, and gas grills.
