Popular South Seas NW is a very large complex of 2 tower buildings (towers 3 and 4). Each tower has 215 units in the building, for a total of 430 units total. They are located inside the gated community of the South Seas Club, which fronts the Gulf of Mexico on one side and Clam Bay on the other. The towers are beach front at Tigertail Beach. Directly in front of the towers is a lagoon, which you must walk around for beach access. The towers share a heated pool. They also have an exercise room and provide covered parking, and very tropical manicured extensive grounds. Each of the 19 floors at South Seas NW has a community laundry room. The South Seas Club also operates 10 tennis courts and boat dockage, which is available to guests. South Seas NW provides weekly rentals.
